Terms of Use

We warmly welcome contributions from users. By contributing to the pages of this site, you the user acknowledge and agree to our Contribute Policy.

You agree:

  • That you will only contribute content that you have permission to publish
  • That the content you submit should not be libellous, illegal or immoral
  • That if you contribute on behalf of an organisation/company, you are authorised to bind such organisation/company to publish the works
  • That the HHCD has the right to retain your contribution to promote people-centred design practice through the site
  • That you do not limit HHCD’s right to edit and publish your contribution(s)

HHCD undertakes:

  • To act ethically and openly with all users of the site and to remove any contributions that clearly may offend users
  • Not to copy video and photo files for purposes other than in relation to the site and expressed in the Terms of Use

HHCD reserves the right to review your contributions in order to ensure compliance with our Contribute Policy and to take what time it requires to carry out such a review. The HHCD may need to contact you to verify details. The HHCD does not guarantee to respond to every submitted contribution. HHCD may make editorial changes to your contribution at any time without notice.
